Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Tonecut app, published by Officeball. By using Tonecut, you agree to them. We've kept them short and fair.

The app is provided “as is”

Tonecut is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do our best to make the app reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or suitable for every device or file.

Your content and your rights

You are responsible for the audio and video files you process with Tonecut. You must have the rights or permission needed to use, edit, and export any content you load into the app. Tonecut runs entirely on your device and does not give us access to your files.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tonecut for any unlawful purpose, and don't use it to infringe anyone's copyright or other intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for how you use the audio you create.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Officeball disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Officeball will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Tonecut. Because the app runs on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups of any files that matter to you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Officeball, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
